We started with a stubborn idea: good HR should remove friction, protect people, and make leaders feel confident. Why should a growing business have to choose between pace and compliance?
2017
Payroll became a specialist discipline
Clients needed dependable processing, cleaner reporting, and fewer end-of-month surprises. We built a dedicated payroll division to give them exactly that, with tighter controls and better rhythm.
2019
Talent acquisition expanded fast
MedTech and fintech teams started asking for help hiring in competitive markets. We responded with a sharper sourcing model, stronger candidate care, and recruitment that actually reflected each client’s culture.
2022
The 100-client milestone
